MICRO 25, with variable production capacity from 900 to 9000 eggs/hour, is the Pelbo line egg-breaking machine designed for small egg-breaking plants, for all foodstuff, pasta and pastry plants as well as all other companies that need to break and separate eggs easily and quickly. Its compact size allows it to be installed just about anywhere, even in the smallest places.

MICRO 25 can be equipped with either a manual loading system or a loading tank, so as to satisfy the requirements of every customer.

The MICRO 25 egg-breaker can also be supplied with an egg washing machine with aspersion nozzles and recycling of cleaning solution in two different versions, with or without brushes.

MICRO 25 is also equipped with an egg-separation accessory with chutes, for perfect egg-yolk separation; in addition, the liquid collection tanks are especially configured to ensure extra gentle treatment of yolks, thereby preventing their breaking.

Made using the same components as the high-capacity egg-breaking systems, MICRO 25 guarantees reliable operation in time.

MICRO 25 is built in compliance with the strictest food hygiene standards, and consequently all its components can be easily cleaned.

Easy cleaning

For years, egg breaker cleaning was performed manually, using large amounts of water and labour.

Pelbo has always given high priority to hygiene and easy cleaning for its products.

Out entire egg breaker range can be integrated with a CIP cleaning process, and the machines are constructed in such a way as to recover all the water used.

Pelbo Breakers are known on the market not only for the highest proven yield and their reliability but for their easy cleaning as well.

To achieve this, all the internal parts of PELBO’s breakers are meticulous designed in order to avoid any accumulation of shells or egg liquid residual, furthermore the reduced number of parts composing the machine guarantees an easier and faster cleaning procedure.

New Centrifuge SC 280

Treatment of empty shells once they leave the egg breakers has always been one of the most problematic operations.

For years centrifuges have required high levels of maintenance, as a result of breakage and rapid deterioration, a problem that was compounded if they had to handle the sizeable loads of empty shells generated by new, high-capacity egg breakers.

Pelbo is proud to announce the new SC 280 Centrifuge, with its capacity of 216,000 shells per hour, designed to meet the needs of all producers of egg products, from small-medium to large-scale manufacturers.

The new SC 280 model inherits the tried-and-tested, efficient centrifugation system with conical screw (auger), thus preventing shell powder from getting into the technical liquid.
