The Three-Tank CIP System is ideal for large size Egg Breaking Operations with 8 or more cleaning cycles per day:

• Four-tank setup results in an ample range of configurations depending on plan needs and water quality: Alkaline solution, rinse recovery, acid solution and potable water.
• The system recovers the alkaline and acid detergents and uses a state of the art injection system for sanitizer.
• Fully automated system, controls all CIP variables pre-set by our technicians or by our customers.
• Ethernet adapter for remote serviceability
• A High-Capacity Supply pump, in-line filter, heat exchanger and conductivity control are the basis for proper cleaning cycles.
