ALBUCLEANER is PELBO’s patented system for automatically removing yolk spots from the albumen, thus saving on labour.

ALBUCLEANER uses the latest technologies applied to camera-based vision systems; its vacuum removes even the smallest yolk spots present in the albumen.

The vision system is configured to minimise the amount of clean albumen discarded on removal of the yolk.

ALBUCLEANER can check the albumen from one or several egg breaking machines.
